Constipation During Pregnancy


Constipation during pregnancy is a common affliction. Below are some safe and easy ways to ease this issue, as well as ensure it stays in the past.

  • Staying hydrated

  • Lemon Tea or warm lemon water with a dash of salt (Himalayan is often preferred) during day

  • Coconut water

  • Psyllium husk supplement for added fiber

  • Prunes not prune juice (one or two a day)
