Kirsten's passion for birth work grew from her own birth experiences and a desire to help families feel informed, supported, and never alone throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. Inspired to become the steady presence she wished every family had, she began her work as a birth doula in 2018.

​

Since then, Kirsten has attended more than 160 births, supporting families through first births, inductions, cesareans, VBACs, high-risk pregnancies, and medically complex births. Certified through Madriella and ProDoula as a Birth Doula and through Brilliant Birth Academy in Placenta Encapsulation, she has also completed training in Trauma-Informed Care, Birth Trauma, and Body Ready Method.

Kirsten believes every family deserves individualized, evidence-based support and enjoys meeting clients where they are while honoring their unique goals and values.

As a mother of two children and one bonus daughter, she understands how transformative becoming a parent can be. Her goal is for every family to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey.​​
