Labor Protein Balls


Ingredients:

Quick cook steel cut oats

Quick cook old fashion oats

Peanut butter

Chocolate chips

Shredded coconut

Vanilla

Dates

Honey


Directions:

•Place dates, honey, and coconut shreds into food processor

•Place ingredients in a bowl together

•Mix thoroughly

•Roll into balls

•Place on plate or sheet pan and cover

•Place into fridge for at least 3 hours


I will place these into an air right Tupperware to grab on my way out the door when my client is ready for me to join them in labor


These bites are easy to eat, high in protein, fiber, and quick energy. They are low on the glycemic index, which makes them safe for individuals with gestational diabetes.
